A jewelry purchase is a very personal transaction, and I realize that it can be difficult to visualize how a piece will look in “real life”.

It is extremely important to me that all of my customers are completely satisfied with their purchases from ELYSIUM Unique Jewelry and Wearable Art. To ensure this result I maintain a 3 week money back guarantee.

If you are not delighted with your purchase you may return it to me, in its original (unused) condition with all tags attached, original packing materials included as well as the original receipt, and the return form available here. As long as I receive it within 3 weeks from your delivery date I will refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling; or credit this amount towards an exchange.

Shipping charges for returns are at the expense of the buyer. Please make sure you insure your package, use delivery confirmation and retain the tracking number as ELYSIUM Unique Jewelry and Wearable Art will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Custom orders cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Due to the unique one-of-a-kind nature of my jewelry necklaces and earrings that have been designed to complement each other are displayed as a unit. Each component is priced individually, and necklaces may be purchased without the matching earrings. However, as the materials are often no longer available to create new earrings to match a necklace the earrings cannot be sold separately.
